Do I need to be fit to join?
Everyone has to start somewhere and our membership base varies widely in age and fitness level. Our evaluation process will help us meet you where you are at and tailor a plan designed to work at your pace while delivering the results you are looking for.
What if I have aches, pains or injuries?
No problem, many of our longest serving members came to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain, or post baby abs. Our highly experienced coaches are well versed in creating programs that can accommodate and ultimately improve a wide range of conditions.
Will I get nutritional advice?
We help all of our members remove the confusion around nutrition and help develop simple sustainable strategies that ensure consistent success in both the short and long term.
What results can I expect in 30 days?
You can expect to lose anywhere between 2 – 5 kg (4 – 10lb) during your first 30 days as well as build some solid foundations of movement and strength to assist you with with sustained and consistent progress.
What happens after the 30 day trial?
It’s completely up to you – We will sit down together after 30 days and review your experience with us and having got to know you better recommend an appropriate program to help you achieve your long term goals.
What if I don’t enjoy the trial?
We fully understand we cannot be all things to all people and don’t try to be, so if after 30 days you decide we are not the gym for you we will be sorry to see you go but will wish you well on finding the right fitness journey for you.
What if I miss days during the 30-day trial?
Simply speak with your assigned coach if you have to miss a few days for any reason and we will happily extend your trial .
