5 minute whole body warm up

With time at a premium, its sometimes hard to fit everything you need into your workouts, often with an effective warm up being one of the first things to go.

However the key to optimal performance in the gym is often the effectiveness of the warm up sequence, especially as you start to get a little older, like me ; )

So when you have not got time, give this little sequence a shot, which should take no more than 5 minutes to complete but enables you to stretch, activate, and mobilise all the major muscles of your body, optimizing your ability to train more efficiently
