I hear complaints all the time about how hard it is to get protein and fats in at breakfast time
This despite the impact it will have not only on your health as a whole but your feelings of satiety and ability to make it through the morning without getting hungry and requiring another feed by 10 o’clock
In fact, I would go as far as to say the quality of your breakfast can be one of the primary drivers in achieving the body and the weight loss you desire.
Its too easy just to reach for the cereal to buy in to the bullshit that kellogs has sold you over the years and eat cardboard food with low to no nutritional value.
There are no excuses for not eating a quality breakfast, which contains both fats and proteins, as it can be done in no time at all
